Inventory ManagementÂ
You’ll receive a complete list of inventory that is hauled into your storage unit. Every item that is placed in the facility will have an inventory sticker that matches that inventory sheet. A copy of the list will be given to you for safe-keeping. When you decide to retrieve your belongings, we guarantee that they will be in the same condition from the first time we picked them up.
Please Note: Individual items that are placed in boxes are not tracked.
Our inventory system has two sets of numbers on them: a serial and a customized number. The serial number is referred to the particular item you are moving to the storage unit. They are general numbers found in our system for the purpose of easy identification. A customized number is assigned to your set of belongings in our storage facility. These numbers are important to our storage department for organization purposes.
